Also, I hadn’t stopped to think that Wishful Thinking is 36 years old. It’s amazingly fresh even so. I am a big Buechner fan, and that’s one of my favorites. Another book of his that I have sometimes assigned to OT students is Peculiar Treasures: A Biblical Who’s Who.
